Return and Exchange Policies
We make every effort to fulfill your order correctly, completely and with the utmost care and concern. We do, however, realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable. If you need to return an item for either exchange or refund please read the following guidelines:
All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Please take the time to inspect your item within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns made after 30 days will be refused.
To return or exchange an item, you must first fill out an online return form. You can find the form by clicking here.
Once you have filled out the online return form please send back your item(s) to:

Please note that items sent back with out the Order # on the box will be refused.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Exchanges and refunds are processed in the order received. Depending upon season, volume of business or product availability, you may experience a short delay in receiving your exchange. Returns are usually processed in 5-7 business days from when they are received. In most cases, you can expect your exchanged product to be back in your hands within 2-3 weeks,
All refunds will be less a 3% credit card processing fee, unless waived due to an error in fulfilling your original order properly.
Items that ship from Warehouse# 2, including Special Order Firearms, that are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, except in cases of damaged items(s) or if you received the wrong item(s).
All returns are subject to inspection or testing at our facility. If we deem the product to be satisfactory and as advertised, if the original packaging is damaged, or if the returned product cannot be sold as new the total refund could be less a 15% restocking fee.
All accessories originally shipped with the item must be returned with the item (including magazines, etc.) to receive a full refund. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Accessories can be returned through any carrier. Long guns should be returned using Ground service through any carrier. Handguns returned via USPS must be sent through an FFL Dealer. Ammunition cannot be sent through USPS and must be returned using UPS or FedEx. COD packages will be refused. Charges incurred from shipping centers will not be reimbursed.
